Budgelyx committee tracker showing members, payments and payout order

The committee tracker your family group has been missing

Committees run on trust and a notebook. When ten people pay every month and one person takes the full amount, it gets hard to remember who has paid and whose turn is next. Budgelyx keeps the whole round in one place.

  • Add members and set the monthly amount
  • Mark each payment as paid or pending with one tap
  • See the payout order and whose turn is next
  • Share a clean summary with the group on WhatsApp

Questions people ask

Is Budgelyx really free?

Yes. All six core tools are free to use. We may add an optional Pro plan later with extras like syncing across devices, but the core tools will stay free.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Open any tool and start using it straight away. There is no signup and no email required.

Where is my data stored?

In your own browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch to a new phone, your entries will not move with you, so print or save a copy of anything important.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Every tool is designed to work on phones first, and it works just as well on tablets and laptops.

Can I use my own currency?

Yes. You can choose rupees, dirhams, riyals, dollars, pounds and more.

What is a committee (BC)?

A committee is a group savings system. Every member pays a fixed amount each month, and one member receives the full pot each round until everyone has had a turn. It is also called BC, kameti or ROSCA.

Is this financial advice?

No. Budgelyx is a planning tool that helps you organise your own numbers. For big decisions like loans or investments, talk to a qualified financial advisor.
